All payments can be made online through the registration platform with a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX). Payments must be made in full at time of registration.
Each camp week at Playground Pros is $295.00 plus applicable taxes.
If you change your mind about camp, or something comes up, that’s okay! We do not issue full refunds, but we will issue refunds minus a small processing fee up until a certain date. Details below:

Our camp is a first come first served sign up process. Camp will be available until all spots are filled. If camp is unavailable it will be indicated online, and there will be an opportunity to sign your child up on our camp waitlist.
A waitlist has started for each camp that is currently sold out. You can sign up for our camp waitlist through our registration platform.

No, each child is required to bring their own lunch and snacks to camp. Every Playground Pros site follows the HCDSB guidelines regarding avoidance strategies for allergens. To learn more, click here. We ask that you please review these strategies before attending camp.
Every athlete will be provided with a Playground Pros t-shirt that can be worn on one or all days of camp. Campers must wear socks and non-marking running shoes. We recommend shorts; however, track pants or leggings are also permitted.
Playground Pros is not responsible for any items lost during the week of camp. A lost and found will be onsite for any items that are recovered during the week. Please ask your camp director while onsite for assistance.
Our camp hours run from 9:00am to 3:15pm, Monday-Friday. Doors will open for before care as early as 8:15am. After care starts at 3:15pm and campers must be picked up by 4:00pm. Before and after care are included in our price!
We ask that all participants be escorted to and from the facility by an adult. Each day drop off and check in will take place at the school gym. All campers must be checked in by an adult on the first day of camp. Children can be checked in as early as 8:45am. Participants will not be allowed to leave the gym without an adult.
If you would prefer to allow your child to leave without an escort, please request this at registration check-in on the first day of camp. You will be asked to sign a release form to this effect.
If your child is marked absent at check in, a Playground Pros staff member will contact you to confirm the absence. If you are aware of an upcoming absence, please notify your Camp Director on the first day of camp.
On the first day of camp you can submit a list of approved chaperones that your child can leave camp with. This list MUST be completed at check in on the first day of camp.

No, players will not be in attendance at our camps, but your child will receive exclusive items from our teams in their camper package.
During the registration process, you’ll be able to provide any medical conditions or allergies that your child may have when prompted. Prior to camp, a Playground Pros staff member will be in touch to confirm all medical information is up to date and to discuss details regarding your camper. Yes, it is important to eliminate potential risks for children with nut allergies, therefore all Playground Pros camps are nut-free.

Every Playground Pros camp has experienced OCT certified teachers onsite to manage the majority of minor injuries. Should an injury require additional medical attention, the Camp Director will activate our emergency action plan as outlined. The Camp Director will also call the Emergency Contact Person immediately, as listed on the registration form.
No, your child can sign up for any one of our Playground Pros camp locations no matter what school they attend during the year.
At Playground Pros, campers are separated by age group to ensure the best, age appropriate programming is provided to them.
